LLB and I were driving to meet the teachers for her Civil War Reenactment field trip today.
We were chatting about butterflies and flowers. I mentioned that I wanted to plant a butterfly bush and then said something like "I'll have to wait for Grandpa to help me because he is the one with the green thumb.
LLB replied, "Mum, Grandpa's thumb is so green that he could plant a tire and grow a car."
I am still chuckling about that one!
