Our visit with #1 and Yellow Rose went way too fast! We got to spend Friday with LLB and her beau. We had a great time - brunch, cupcakes, coffee, and her cats! What more could we want?
We left there and headed to a neighborhood party. More fun and food!
Saturday was a quiet day at home - which after Friday’s excitement, was definitely needed.
Sunday brought LLB back home and long time family friends in for a visit. Sunday also brought the invoices for the plumbing crises last week. Yep… there will be no more spending for a while. It was a very expensive week! That said, we are blessed to have saved for a rainy day such as this, so we are able to simply write the check. Not that it isn’t painful to see all those hard earned pennies leave the bank account, it is… but running water is important. 🚽🚿🚰🛁🧺
This morning, it was back to the grind with a very early trip to the airport, laundry, and general cleaning up. They left us and headed to Florida for a quick vacation on the beach.
Tonight brought us our first Brava Community Bell Choir rehearsal of the fall. It really is the fastest hour of the week! I do love it so much! Mr did great, too!
