Last week, LLB and I were driving along a country road on our way to scrapbooking. It was dark out.
We were following a car from PA. This is not unusual.
What is unusual is that every few hundred feet, the car beeped its horn.
There were no deer.
There were no dogs.
There was no other wildlife.
There were no other cars.
We thought it was a bit odd. But then we got to thinkin'... Is this normal behavior for driving country roads? Are we missing out? Is this a tradition we didn't know about? Is there a horn beeping rule??
