Thirteen

My LLB is 13 today.

I asked her what kind of cake she wanted for her birthday. She requested homemade chocolate cake with white frosting.

The cake is cooling on the counter. I'll frost it before I head out this afternoon. (Hopefully, I won't eat it before I head out this afternoon.)

LLB will be going to dinner at her favorite restaurant with a friend and our family sometime soon. We have to find a date when everyone can make it. She will have her party with her friends sometime in June. She wants another sleepover. (I need to psych myself up for that!)

So - if you see my LLB out and about today, please wish our very special girl a Happy Birthday.
